Warehouse cleaning isn’t the same as office cleaning with bigger mops. Concrete floors need scrubbing, not mopping. Loading docks collect grease, road salt, and diesel residue. Break rooms serve 50 people who don’t clean up after themselves. Racking and shelving collect dust that becomes a safety hazard. We clean warehouses the way warehouses need to be cleaned.
What Warehouse Cleaning Includes
Floor Care:
- Industrial floor scrubbing with ride-on or walk-behind auto-scrubbers
- Concrete sealing and dust-proofing to reduce airborne particulate
- Aisle line repainting coordination (we clean before your line painter arrives)

- Loading dock cleaning — pressure washing grease, salt, and tracked-in debris
Common Areas:
- Break room and lunchroom deep cleaning — tables, counters, appliances, floors
- Washroom sanitization and restocking
- Office area cleaning within the warehouse (dispatch, management offices)
- Entrance and vestibule cleaning — mats, glass, signage
Warehouse-Specific:
- High dusting — racking, beams, ductwork, light fixtures (scissor lift available)
- Dock leveller and dock plate cleaning
- Garbage compactor area cleaning
- Exterior sweeping — parking lots, truck lanes, dumpster pads
Industries We Serve
- Distribution and logistics — fulfillment centres, 3PL warehouses, cross-docks. High traffic, fast turnaround areas that need daily floor scrubbing.
- Manufacturing — machine shop floors, assembly areas, quality control rooms. We work around production schedules and equipment.
- Food and beverage storage — cold storage facilities, dry goods warehouses. We clean to Ontario food safety standards.
- Automotive and parts — oil and grease are part of the equation. We bring the right degreasers and the right equipment.
- E-commerce fulfillment — the newer generation of clean, bright warehouses that still need regular floor care, washroom service, and break room maintenance.
Scheduling
Warehouse cleaning is scheduled around your operations, not ours:
- Daily: Floor scrubbing of main aisles, washrooms, break rooms. For high-volume facilities with 100+ daily workers.
- 3x per week: Standard for mid-size warehouses. Floor care, washrooms, common areas.
- Weekly: Break rooms, washrooms, office areas, plus periodic floor scrubbing.
- Monthly/Quarterly: Deep cleans — high dusting, loading dock pressure wash, concrete re-seal.
We typically work evenings, overnights, or weekends to stay out of your operations’ way. Some clients prefer early morning (5-7 AM) before the first shift arrives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We bring industrial auto-scrubbers, pressure washers, scissor lifts for high dusting, and all cleaning chemicals. You don’t need to provide anything except water access and electrical for our equipment.
Can you work around our production schedule?
That’s standard. We schedule around your shifts, receiving hours, and shipping windows. Most warehouse clients want us there when the floor is quietest — evenings, overnights, or early mornings.
How much does warehouse cleaning cost?
Depends on square footage, floor condition, and scope. A 20,000 sq ft warehouse with 3x weekly floor scrubbing and daily washroom service typically runs $2,500-4,000/month. Larger facilities with full janitorial scope are quoted individually. Request a quote.
Can you handle a one-time deep clean?
Yes. We do one-time warehouse deep cleans for facility audits, lease-end cleanups, ISO inspections, and seasonal resets. Priced per square foot based on current condition.
What about food-grade warehouse cleaning?
We clean food storage and distribution facilities using food-safe chemicals and follow Ontario food safety guidelines. We can coordinate with your food safety team on protocols and documentation.
