• Monthly: Storefronts, restaurant glass, ground-level retail. Street-facing glass gets dirty fast from traffic, rain splash, and pedestrians.
• Quarterly: Office interior glass, boardroom partitions, upper-floor interiors. Less exposure means less frequent cleaning needed.
• Bi-annual: Exterior windows on low-rise office buildings. Spring and fall cleaning catches winter grime and summer pollen.
• As needed: Post-construction, pre-event, seasonal deep clean.

Window cleaning can also be bundled into your office cleaning or janitorial services contract at a program rate.

Exterior cleaning, no — we reschedule for the next dry day. Rain within 24 hours of cleaning is covered under our rain guarantee: we’ll redo the exterior at no charge. Interior cleaning is unaffected by weather.

We handle up to 3 storeys with our ladder and pole systems. For high-rise exterior (4+ storeys, rope access, swing stage), we’ll connect you with a certified high-rise window cleaning partner.

What cleaning solution do you use?

Professional-grade, streak-free glass cleaner applied with microfibre and squeegee technique. For hard water stains or mineral deposits, we use a mild acid solution that removes buildup without etching the glass. Green alternatives available on request.

Can window cleaning be added to our existing office cleaning contract?

Yes. We offer program pricing when window cleaning is bundled with regular office cleaning or janitorial services. Typically 10-15% below standalone rates.
