Yes. We handle transitions regularly. Typical changeover takes 5-7 days. We’ll coordinate with your current provider’s end date to ensure no gap in service.
Do you provide supplies for common area washrooms?
Yes. Paper products, soap, sanitizer, and garbage liners are included in your monthly rate. We manage inventory so you never run out.
Can you clean during a move-in/move-out?
We offer move-out cleaning for common areas affected by moves — elevator padding removal, hallway cleaning, lobby touchup. Unit cleaning is between the owner and their own cleaner.
Do you attend board meetings?
Your account manager is available for annual or quarterly board presentations to review service quality, address concerns, and propose adjustments.
