Your kitchen closes at midnight. The morning prep crew arrives at 6 AM. In that window, every surface, every drain, every hood, and every floor needs to be clean enough to pass an unannounced Ontario health inspection. Your line cooks aren’t going to do it. Your dishwasher shouldn’t have to. That’s our job.
What Restaurant Cleaning Covers
Kitchen Deep Cleaning:
- Commercial kitchen floor degreasing and sanitization

- Stainless steel surface sanitization — prep tables, counters, shelving
- Walk-in cooler and freezer floor cleaning and sanitization
- Drain cleaning and degreasing
- Grease trap area cleaning (exterior surfaces — pumping done by your waste contractor)
- Equipment exterior cleaning — ovens, fryers, grills, reach-ins
Front of House:
- Dining room floor cleaning — tile, hardwood, or concrete
- Table, booth, and chair sanitization
- Bar area cleaning and sanitization
- Entrance and host stand area
- Window and glass cleaning — storefronts and patio enclosures
- Washroom deep cleaning and restocking
Periodic / Seasonal:
- Pre-inspection deep cleans (when you know Toronto Public Health is coming)
- Patio opening and closing season cleans
- Renovation and remodel cleanup — post-construction cleaning
- Grout and tile deep scrub for kitchen and washroom floors
Ontario Health Standards We Clean To
Ontario’s Health Protection and Promotion Act and Ontario Regulation 493/17 (Food Premises) set the standards your restaurant is inspected against. We clean to pass those inspections, not just to look clean.
Key requirements we address:
- All food contact surfaces sanitized to safe levels after cleaning
- Floors, walls, and ceilings in food preparation areas maintained in sanitary condition
- Washroom facilities maintained clean and in good repair, stocked with soap and paper
- Waste stored and handled to prevent contamination and pest attraction
- Equipment exterior surfaces free of grease buildup and food residue
We can’t guarantee you’ll pass every inspection — that depends on your entire operation — but we make sure the cleaning side is never the reason you fail.
Types of Restaurant Operations We Clean
- Full-service restaurants — kitchens, dining rooms, bars, patios, washrooms
- Fast-casual and QSR — high turnover dining areas, heavy kitchen demand
- Catering kitchens and commissaries — production facilities that need end-of-day sanitization
- Bakeries and cafes — flour dust, display case cleaning, customer seating areas
- Food courts and shared kitchens — multi-tenant spaces with shared cleaning needs
- Ghost kitchens — no front of house, but the kitchen still needs daily deep cleaning
Scheduling
Restaurant cleaning happens in the gap between close and open. We work within your window:
- Nightly kitchen deep clean: Standard for full-service restaurants. After the kitchen closes, our crew handles floors, surfaces, and equipment exteriors. Ready for morning prep.
- 3-5x per week: For smaller operations or restaurants with lighter volume on certain nights.
- Weekly deep clean + daily light touch: Your staff handles daily wipe-downs; we come in weekly for the heavy work — floors, drains, hoods, walk-ins.

- North York — Yonge corridor restaurants, Sheppard dining
- Mississauga — Port Credit, Streetsville, Square One area

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you clean kitchen hoods and ducts?
We clean hood exteriors and grease filters. Duct cleaning requires NFPA 96 certified specialists — we’ll refer you to one if needed. Many restaurants need both: we handle the visible kitchen, they handle the ductwork.
Can your crew be done before our morning prep starts?
That’s the entire point. We work within your close-to-open window. Tell us when you close and when your first person arrives, and we schedule within that window.
How much does restaurant cleaning cost?
Kitchen size and frequency drive the cost. A standard restaurant kitchen cleaned 5 nights per week runs $1,500-2,500/month. Add front-of-house and it’s $2,000-3,500/month. Request a quote with your kitchen square footage and schedule.
What about pest prevention?
Our cleaning directly supports pest prevention — degreased floors, clean drains, sealed waste areas, and no food residue all reduce pest attraction. We don’t provide pest control services, but our work makes your pest contractor’s job much easier.
Can you clean before a health inspection?
Yes. We do pre-inspection deep cleans on 24-48 hours’ notice. But the better approach is regular cleaning that keeps you inspection-ready at all times — that’s what our recurring service does.
