The deepest clean available. We inject hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet fibre, then extract it along with dirt, allergens, and bacteria. Best for quarterly deep cleans and heavily soiled areas. Dry time: 4-6 hours.
Low-Moisture Encapsulation:
Our go-to for routine maintenance. A crystallizing polymer traps dirt particles, which are then vacuumed away. Minimal water means carpets are dry in under an hour and you can walk on them almost immediately. Ideal for monthly or bi-monthly programs.
Spot Treatment and Stain Removal:
Coffee, ink, food, tracked-in mud — we carry targeted solutions for every common commercial carpet stain. Included in all our cleaning programs, or available as standalone call-outs.
Bonnet Cleaning:
Surface-level cleaning using an absorbent pad on a rotary machine. Fast, low-moisture, good for appearance maintenance between deep cleans. We use this in lobbies and reception areas that need to look sharp daily.

Most stains, yes. Coffee, food, dirt, and tracked-in grime come out reliably. Some stains — permanent marker, certain dyes, bleach spots — are permanent fibre damage, not surface stains. We’ll be upfront about what we can and can’t fix during the walkthrough.
Yes. Same methods apply. The advantage of carpet tiles is that severely damaged or stained tiles can be individually replaced — we’ll flag any that are past saving during the clean.
We move light furniture — chairs, side tables, small items. Heavy desks, filing cabinets, and fixed workstations stay in place and we clean around them. If you need a full move-and-clean, let us know when booking — we’ll arrange it.
